More funny Stargate Atlantis quotes...

McKay: What the hell happened?
Sheppard: We got gassed.
McKay: Are we in some sort of trouble?
Sheppard: Was it the gas or the prison cell that was your first clue?

Beckett: (about Ronon) Oh, you're buddies now, are ya?
McKay: Yeah, more than that, he saved my life. He's like a brother to me.
Beckett: Aye, a brother who got every gene you didn't, and vice versa.

McKay: (after firing machine gun) I thought I saw something out of the corner of my eye. I just reacted.
Teyla: (gun at ready) What is it?
McKay: Um…a mouse? Really big one, though. More of a rat, really, possibly rabbit…

Weir: Has he talked about his sister with you?
Sheppard: Once or twice in passing. Usually like, "Come on, even my sister can do it!" You know, that type of thing.

Sheppard: Well, I’ve got to admit, between you and me, you’re a lot different than our Rodney too.
Rod: How so?
Sheppard: It’s the little things. You like golf, you say “please” and “thank you,” you’re--what’s the opposite of “condescending”?

Teyla: What is it?
Ronon: I saw something.
(short pause)
McKay: Well, what? Person? Animal? (annoyed) How many syllables?

Woolsey: But is it Sheppard attacking the replicators, or the replicators attacking Sheppard?
O'Neill: We'll find out.
Woolsey: How did they even get here? Through the Gate?
O'Neill: I've been sitting next to you, through the whole thing. Why do you think I would have more information?

(while the team is locked up)
Beckett: Rodney, you’re not trying to dig your way out of here, are you?
McKay: See if you can find another spoon. With someone helping, this would go twice as fast.

Sheppard: You dating anyone?
Ronon: You mean like a woman?
Sheppard: Or a man...

Sheppard: How big is this place?
McKay: Don't worry, I got an excellent sense of direction.
Sheppard: Didn't you say you got lost in a garden maze once?
McKay: I was ten, plus I was running from a bee.

Favorite Stargate Atlantis quotes

There are sooo many funny quotes from Stargate Atlantis so narrowing them down was hard! I have many more than this, but here are some of my favorites:

Sheppard: You seem nervous.
McKay: No, I'm part of this team. I'm doing this.
Sheppard: Yes, you are. I just said you seem nervous.
McKay: Oh, really? I thought you said 'Rodney, you don't have to do this.'

McKay: Maybe we should offer a sense of humor in trade…
Sheppard: Sure…they can have yours.
McKay: (laughing) Ah, hahaha, oh, please my side… you slay me.
Sheppard: On second thought...

Weir: The city can handle that?
McKay: Yes. Theoretically.
Sheppard: Like 'dinosaurs turned into birds' theoretically or 'theory of relativity' theoretically?
McKay (looks confused): What? Um, somewhere between.

McKay: (explaining to Sheppard why he has to take the farthest grounding stations) I need to get done quickly so I can start working on the subroutines, and Elizabeth was complaining about her knee the other day so...
Sheppard: Wait, whoa, w-wait a second. Are these things even close to a transporter?
McKay: Uh, yes, Elizabeth's is.
Sheppard: And mine?
McKay: Uh, it's a brisk walk away.
Sheppard: And by 'brisk' you mean... far?
McKay: And, by 'walk' I mean 'run'.

(McKay get distracted while flying the Puddle Jumper)
Sheppard: Don't let go of the controls!
McKay: Snapping doesn't help!
Sheppard: This is why parents get someone else to teach their kids how to drive.
McKay: I'm both insulted and touched by that.

Beckett: You have a date, Rodney? With a woman?
McKay: It is simply two adults sharing some friendly...Yes, with a woman!

Sheppard: All right, stay close and stay quiet.
(He looks at McKay)
McKay: Why does he say that to me?

Sheppard: McKay, stay here and help Beckett.
McKay: Medical research is really not my thing.
Sheppard: And hunting the Wraith?
McKay: I meant I could stay and help Beckett.

McKay: See how I almost stunned that guy?
Sheppard: I must have missed it.
McKay: Yeah, but if he was, like, a step to the right, I would’ve stunned him for sure.
Sheppard: Good for you!

(after Rodney was shot in the butt with an arrow)
McKay: You know, you really don’t appreciate the simple things in life, like sitting.
Sheppard: I don’t envy you. Must be a real pain in the ass.
McKay: Oh, how long did you work on that?
Sheppard: Longer then I care to admit.

McKay: What?
Beckett: What?
McKay: It's that look. That's the same look I get when I have a brilliant idea.
Sheppard: How would you know how you looked?
McKay: Cause it's happened more than once in front of a mirror, ok?

McKay: It's complicated. Look, imagine them as leaky pipes okay?
Sheppard: Okay...
McKay: So you pump water through them, they leak right?
Sheppard: Dumb this down any more, you're gonna get hit.

McKay: We gotta go back.
Jeannie: Go back? Why?
McKay: Because I got all mixed around. We gotta start again. Maybe what I thought was north was south. It's hard to tell.
Jeannie: I can not believe I am betting my life on your sense of direction.
McKay: What are you talking about? I have an excellent sense of direction.
Jeannie: Oh really? Remember when we went to West Edmonton Mall and Dad had to call the police to find you.
McKay: That mall is huge!
Jeannie: There are maps every 7 meters!
McKay: Misleading ones!

McKay: (to Sheppard) We're about even when it comes to looks, right?
Sheppard: Who's been lying to you?
McKay: No, I'm being serious.
Sheppard: I am too. Who's been lying to you?

(Sheppard, McKay and Harmony are in a cave when they hear the screams of Genii soldiers)
McKay: What the hell was that?
Sheppard: The Genii just had a little run-in with the beast. (to Harmony) Alright, be a brave girl and stay here with McKay.
McKay: Hey, hey, hey. How come I always get stuck as the babysitter?
Sheppard: You wanna check out the beast?
McKay: No. I'm good here.
Sheppard: Thought so.

Keller: Woah woah woah, wait wait, don't pull me up!
McKay: What?! Why?
Keller: I see light!
McKay: No no no no no! Don't go toward the light! You want to stay in the land of the living!

Question of the Day - #1

Okay, so I have a book of questions and figure I'll answer them here when I'm bored. And guess what? I'm bored, so here's #1.

#1 - For a person you loved deeply, would you be willing to more to a distant country knowing there would be little chance of seeing your family or friends again?

That's tough. I'm such a big family person so I know it would be hard to move somewhere and never see them again. I figure if I love someone so deeply, then they would love me just as much back and would want to make me happy right? Is there even a guy out there like that? haha But in the end, I probably wouldn't go and I would try to persuade him to stay where I was closest to family and friends.

Bob wins Survivor!

Congrats to Bob! I was initially pulling for Marcus (can I marry him yet!?) but Bob was my next choice since Marcus was voted off a while ago haha. Wow, what can I say about the final comments from the jury? I loved Charlie's comment about Bob snuggling up to him at night, and who cares if Charlie's gay? I would have done it; he's cute! Corinne had the NASTIEST comment ever on Survivor, I think, and I can't believe she said what she said about Sugar's dad. That was harsh and totally uncalled for. Randy was...well Randy lol. Now onto the live finale. I was happy to hear (and not surprised) that Marcus had the highest IQ of anyone on the show (and according to Jeff, it was off the charts!) but what did surprise me was to hear Randy had the second highest IQ. Are they sure? Cause that's shocking. I did, however, feel sad for the guy when he was saying how he use to be happy and that he use to have friends/girlfriends (now his dog is his best friend). That's kind of sad to hear that. He was funny though and he was definitely a character this season. Now onto Ace. I was glad to see his accent is real (foreign accents are so sexy!). I was wondering that too sometimes, but it's real so everything is okay! Okay, so back to Marcus: can I marry him yet? He's smart, gorgeous, and a doctor! I'm mad he didn't make it farther; he would have won for sure!

Overall, it was an entertaining season and I can't wait for the next one!

Twilight.

Okay, so I've jumped on the bandwagon. But to my defense, I was going to read this series anyway. My friend Sarah suggested I read it before it was even popular and since I was reading another series at the time (shout out to Alex Cross), I had to wait until now to start it; and of course it's extremely popular, and now I look like one of those crazy fans who is going to be obsessed with Edward Cullen. I refuse, however, to be a crazy fan girl. I told my roommate she can shoot me if I become one. I do like Twilight though, which I knew I would because I enjoy scifi. I like the whole vampire twist in the book, and yes, Edward being an amazing guy is a plus to read about. It really is a great book (I'm not obsessed, I swear!). I definitely plan to read the rest of the series, and I encourage anyone else who wants a nice, easy read to jump on the bandwagon and pick up this book. - Enjoy.

TV characters I want to marry

Okay, I know the title sounds odd, but hear me out. Have you ever watched a show and just fell in love with the tv character? Have you ever said, "Wow, I wish there was a guy like that in the real world"? I have, plain and simple as that. I have my reasons too so hear me out:

John Sheppard from Stargate Atlantis (played by Joe Flanigan)
If you want someone there to protect you at all costs and someone who is a great leader and cares for others around them, John Sheppard is the perfect man for you. John is in charge of his own team and is perfect for the job. He lays his life on the line everyday to save others. And not to mention, he knows how to handle a gun, and he's funny too!
Best man: Rodney McKay

Jim Halpert from The Office (played by John Krasinski)
Jim Halpert is right for you if you want a adorable, sweet guy. When he's not smiling into the camera, he's playing pranks that make us laugh again and again. What's not to love about Jim? He's romantic, funny, and sweet.
Best man: Oscar Martinez

Dean Winchester from Supernatural (played by Jensen Ackles)
Here comes the bad boy. If you want someone who will not only shoot to kill, but will also make you laugh, then Dean Winchester is your man. He knows his ways around any weapon, he sly with the ladies, and he drives a classic Impala. Hop in the car with him and you'll never be seen again but in a good way.
Best man: Sam Winchester

Nathan Scott from One Tree Hill (played by James Lafferty)
This adorable father, who has the cutest son, is a great catch. He's family orientated, likes basketball, and cares for others around him. When he isn't working up a sweat on the basketball court, he's hanging out with the people he cares about the most.
Best man: Lucas Scott

Anthony DiNozzo from NCIS (played by Michael Weatherly)
Tony, Tony, Tony. He sure can make you laugh. He's smart, funny, and likes to flirt with the ladies. He cares about his team, even though sometimes you wouldn't know it. He's good at what he does. He may crack a lot of jokes, but he has a sensitive side as well. He's sweet and really does care.
Best man: Timothy McGee

Archie Morris from ER (played by Scott Grimes)
Save me Doctor. Morris is an attending physician on the ER floor and can save your life if needed. He cares for his patients and his staff and does his best everytime. He is sweet, caring, and not to mention funny.
Best man: Tony Gates

Danny Taylor from Without a Trace (played by Enrique Murciano)
Gotta love an FBI agent who searches for missing people. He's great at his job and you can tell he loves what he does. He's sweet, caring, and who wouldn't love that in a guy?
Best man: Martin Fitzgerald

Ned from Pushing Daisies (played by Lee Pace)
First off, he has no last name on the show, which I think is pretty funny, and if someone were to marry him, I wonder what their last name would be. Anyways, Ned is a classic guy. He's funny (gotta love the humor on this show!), sweet, caring, and hello...he bakes pies! A guy that can bake is a winner in my book. Oh, and he can also wake the dead and talk to them for a minute...and I'm sure that would come in handy somehow? haha
Best man: Emerson Cod

Ted Mosby from How I Met Your Mother (played by Josh Radnor)
Well, according to the title he's already taken lol, but that doesn't stop me! Ted is adorable, funny, has a good personality, and he's sweet. I think I was a fan of Marshall when I first started watching the show, and though I still like Marshall, I think I like Ted a little more! There's just something about him that grabs your attention. He's kind of goofy too, but it totally works for him!
Best man: Marshall Eriksen

A new Dancing with the Stars champ...

I am sad to say Lance Bass did not win. He came in third, which I'm still shocked and mad about. Brooke Burke won and to be honest, she did deserve it. She truly was an amazing dancer, though I'm sure a lot of guys voted for her for other reasons, specifically two of them attached to her chest. Anyways, Warren Sapp came in 2nd, and he was a joy to watch! He was a smiling, giant teddy bear that wore dancing shoes; what's not to love!? I thought Lance was a better dancer than Warren, but I will hold back my bitterness about who came in what place; I love you Lance! Overall, I thought this season was interesting to say the least and fun to watch. I can't wait for next season!

The first snow of 2008!

Oh, what a beautiful sight! Finally, we got some snow! I know it's not going to last and seeing snow again probably wont happen for a while but at least we can say we saw some!

What's not to love about snow? It's like little melting balls of goodness falling to the ground. If you're lucky, you can catch some in your mouth; if you're not, try again next time.

Like the song says, "Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!"

"Hurricane Streets" by Hey Monday

The storm is rushing on me
Here's the flood flash
I feel so locked and loaded
Let me out, let me out

Wake up in a wasteland
Where the trees are crashing fast
Make or break
The road explodes
Get out, get out of this town

Let the storm get stronger
Let us speed up
Or get blown over
Time's wasting
How much longer
Before I get myself free
Of these hurricane streets?

Headed for disaster
Way beyond the fear
In the rearview
Watch it all just disappear
Disappear

I don't care where I'm headed
Anywhere but here
Won't waste my life
Can't waste another night
In this town, this town

Let the storm get stronger
Let us speed up
Or get blown over
Time's wasting
How much longer
Before I get myself free
Of these hurricane...

Leaves are blowing down the streets
Wind crawling up our knees
Somebody get the keys
Rain is flowing from the sky
But no fear in our eyes
We're ready to fly

Let the storm get stronger
Let us speed up
Or get blown over
Time's wasting
How much longer
Before I get myself free
Of these hurricane streets?

Final game at Yankee Stadium :(

Last night was the final game played at Yankee Stadium...EVER! All the greats were there before the game for a pregame ceremony including Yogi Berra, Reggie Jackson, Don Larsen, and Bernie Williams. It was pretty amazing to see all the past players come back for such an important event. I was getting chills just watching the pregame ceremony. Yankees fan or not, I'm sure everyone enjoyed it! The game was great as well, though I really wanted Derek to get a hit during the game. Nonetheless, he will be forever remembered as a true Yankee. Derek's farewell speech at the end was just amazing and perfectly executed. I can't believe he didn't rehearse before hand or have anything prepared. He spoke as if he'd been practicing for days. He's a classy, respectable guy and an extremely talented baseball player. I'm proud to say I'm a Yankees fan and I'm proud to say I'm a Derek Jeter fan as well.

You can read Derek Jeter's farewell speech to Yankee Stadium here.

Books I read this summer (2008)

(1) You've Been Warned by James Patterson -
Another new favorite! I loved the fact that the main character was a photographer; it made it really interesting to read! The storyline was kind of weird at parts but that's what I loved about it; it threw you for a loop sometimes and I loved the twists in it. Great book! You can get a summary here: You've Been Warned at Amazon.com

(2) 1st to Die by James Patterson -
I got so into this book; it was really good! The ending was great and the storyline had so many twists and turns! I'm still a little mad at the end (it was so sad!) but the book was great! You can get a summary here: 1st to Die at Amazon.com

(3) 2nd Chance by James Patterson -
I finished the second book of the Women's Murder Club series and it was another good one! The storyline was there, along with twists and turns. The books keep you guessing and I love that! You can get a summary here: 2nd Chance at Amazon.com

(4) 3rd Degree by James Patterson -
The book started off a little slow for me but it definitely picked up! I don't want to give anything away but I was surprised and sad something happened. It was an interesting twist for the series though...still a pretty good book! You can get a summary here: 3rd Degree at Amazon.com

(5) 4th of July by James Patterson -
Another great book in the series! I liked this book because it dealt with two different crimes and it was interesting to read about and see how Lindsay dealt with them. The book had some twists and turns which made it even more interesting! You can get a summary here: 4th of July at Amazon.com

(6) The 5th Horseman by James Patterson -
Another good book! James Patterson does not let me down! The storyline was interesting and kept me guessing! You can get a summary here: The 5th Horseman at Amazon.com

(7) The 6th Target by James Patterson -
The book was a little confusing sometimes since there were a couple storylines going on at the same time but all the storylines were interesting! The ending was exciting and kept me wanting to read on. You can get a summary here: The 6th Target at Amazon.com

(8) 7th Heaven by James Patterson -
Another great book in the series! The storylines in this one were really interesting and the end was definitely exciting (his 8th book in the series comes out in 2009 and I can't wait to read it)! You can get a summary here: 7th Heaven at Amazon.com

(9) A Stolen Season by Steve Hamilton
I was really excited to hear Steve Hamilton had another book in the Alex McKnight series! I hadn't read one of his books in a while so I kind of forgot a few things but I'm glad I read this one! The storyline was great and there were some twists and turns I never saw coming! I love the character Alex McKnight and I hope there's another book in the series soon! You can get a summary here: A Stolen Season at Amazon.com

(10) Along Came a Spider by James Patterson -
So I took a break from James Patterson but I'm back! I'm starting the journey of reading the Alex Cross series and after reading the first book, I can't wait to start the second! Along Came a Spider was really good! The storyline was interesting and there were definitely some twists! You can get a summary here: Along Came a Spider at Amazon.com

(11) Kiss the Girls by James Patterson -
What can I say? Another good book! I'm definitely liking the Alex Cross series so far and this second book kept up the twists and turns, just as the first one did. I liked this book a lot because it kept you guessing the whole time! Just when you think you're right about something, there's a twist! James Patterson has done it again! You can get a summary here: Kiss the Girls at Amazon.com

(12) Jack and Jill by James Patterson -
This was a nice way to end my summer reading. Jack and Jill ended up being pretty good! It started off a little slow and sometimes I felt there were too many storylines and too many "characters" so it was a little confusing, but overall, I liked it! The ending was definitely interesting with a couple twists too. You can get a summary here: Jack and Jill at Amazon.com

Monday night TV.

Holy moly! Tonight was the Dancing with the Stars finale (with the results tomorrow) and the One Tree Hill finale...both were amazing!

Dancing with the Stars -

I loved how all three competitors had to dance the cha-cha to the same song! I thought that was really cool how Cristian started, Jason kept it going in the middle, and Kristi finished it off. I have to give props to my girl Kristi though (okay I love her partner Mark too hehe), she rocked the end of the cha-cha! As the judges said, I felt bad that Jason had to do a latin dance since we all know those aren't where he shines. Now onto the freestyles...I LOVED Kristi and Mark's freestyle...LOVED IT!!!!! Kristi did an amazing job this season and I hope she wins!! I also liked Jason and Edyta's freestyle though I thought the song was a little song. However, my favorie part of their freestyle came at the end when Edyta ripped off Jason's shirt. All I have to say is it's about damn time!! So Cristian, it kind of stinks he couldn't do "real" lifts and that hurt him. He did pretty good though for only really using one arm. Kristi won the night with a 60/60...I hope she wins tomorrow!!!!

One Tree Hill -

Umm...HOLY CRAP! First off, Jamie is too cute! I loved his little mohawk! Anyways, Lucas and Peyton serious need to be together! I thought that was really cute when she told him her dream was for him to propose again! Come on Luke, get with it! Aww, Brooke is sooo cute with Angie and I felt bad that she had to give her back so soon. Gotta love Nathan and Jamie "conquering" their fears. Omg, the ending!? Are you kidding me!? I can't believe Dan got hit by a car!!!! He better not die...seriously...I like his character! And how mean was it to leave the audience wondering who Lucas called!?!? I hope he called Peyton but he could have called Lindsey (and hey, maybe he even called Brooke). Ahh sooo mean! It was a great season finale and I can't wait for season 6!

No Rest for the Wicked - my review

OMG!!!! That season finale kicked major @$$!! I still can't believe it!! Sam and Dean are the cutest brothers ever! They care so much about each other and I love the fact that Dean still makes jokes even when the situation is tough. I loved the scene where they were singing Bon Jovi in the car! I couldn't stop laughing haha but it was such a cute brother moment!! Sam was so determined to save Dean and I'm kind of glad he brought Rudy back. Even though she lies, she sort of helped? Well not really since she got possessed by Lilith...who I HATE!! Ahhhh Lilith!!! I want her dead!! Omg and Sam!? He's stronger than Lilith!! holy crap!!! Ahhh the ending was soooo sad!!!! Dean "died"...Sam crying...ahhh the emotions!!! holy crap this episode rocked!! I loved it!!! I can't believe they left it by showing Dean in "hell" (or whatever he was!!)!!! ahhh soooo mean!!! but still...amazing!! I can't wait for Season 4!!!

My favorite quotes from No Rest for the Wicked -

Dean: We've got the knife.
Bobby: And you intend to use it without me. Do I look like a ditchable prom date to you?

[Dean finally sees the Demon inside Ruby]
Dean: Oh.
Ruby: What?
Dean: Nothing. I just couldn't see you before, but you are one ugly broad.

Bobby: Well, you got just over five hours to go. You're piercing the veil, Dean, glimpsing the "b" side.
Dean: Little less New Agey, please.
Bobby: You're almost hell's bitch, so you can see hell's other bitches.
Dean: Thank you.

Dean: All I'm saying...Sammy, all I'm saying is that you're my weak spot. You are. And I'm yours.
Sam: You don't mean that. We're...we're family.
Dean: I know. And those evil sons of b-- know it, too. I mean, what we do for each other, how far we'll go, they're using it against us.
Sam: So what? We just stop looking out for each other?
Dean: No, we stop being martyrs, man. We stop spreading it for these demons. We go after Lilith our way--the way dad taught us to. And if we go down, then we go down swinging. [pause] What do you think?
Sam: I think you totally should have been jamming "Eye of the Tiger" right there.
Dean: Oh, bite me. I totally rehearsed that speech, too.

Sam: You know if this doesn't go the way we want, I want you to know that...
Dean: Nooo, no, no, no, no, no.
Sam: No what?
Dean: You're not gonna bust out the misty goodbye speech, Okay? I mean, if this is my last day on Earth, I do not want it to be socially awkward.

Dean: Hey, why don't we just make a TJ-run, you know? Some señoritas, cervesas, we could.. what's Spanish for donkey-show?
Sam: So, if we do save you, let's never do that.
Dean: Yeah.

Both Davids in the finale!

Woooo!!!!! Both David Archuleta and David Cook are gonna battle it out in the American Idol finale next week!! it's gonna be a good finale!!! I can't wait!! =)

Gotta love commericals...

They say a man should always dress for the job he wants.
So why am I dressed up like a pirate in this restaurant?
It's all because some hacker stole my identity.
Now I'm in here every evenin' servin' chowder and iced tea.
Should've gone to FreeCreditReport.com
I could've seen this comin' at me like an atom bomb.
They monitor your credit and send you email alerts,
So you don't end sellin' fish to tourists in t-shirts.

AND

Well I'm shopping for a new car, which one's me?
A cool convertible or an SUV?
Too bad I didn't know my credit was whacked,
So I driving off the lot in a used sub-compact.
F-R-E-E, that spells "free", credit report dot com baby.
Saw their ads on my TV.
Thought about goin' but was too lazy.
Now instead of lookin' fly I'm looking fat,
My legs are sticking to the vinyl and my posse's getting laughed at.
F-R-E-E, that spells "free", credit report dot com baby....

gotta love those commericals haha ;)

Time Is On My Side - my review

Holy moly! There are no other words right now..."holy moly"says it all! Time Is On My Side was such a good episode! It had everything...it was creepy/scary, funny, exciting, and kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time!!! First off, that Doc guy was soooo creepy! Eww and when he went to take Sam's eye out, that was pretty gross (good thing Dean came! haha). I was glad to see Bela back! Wow, I can't believe she made a deal with the crossroads demon! I'm sad her time was up and she was gonna die. I would have liked to see her on the show every once in a while. It was a pretty good way for her to leave the show though! Oh man, and Dean! He's so determined to save himself...I feel so bad! The finale next week looks soooo good!!

Favorite quotes from Time Is On My Side -

Sam: Remember that thing in the paper yesterday?
Dean: "Stripper suffocates dude with thighs"?

Sam: I talked to Mr. Beetle's doctor. Turns out his incisions were sewn up with silk.
Dean: That's weird?
Sam: Yeah, nowadays it is, but silk used to be the suture of choice back in the early 19th-century. It was really problematic. Patients would get massive infections, the death rate was insane.
Dean: Good times.
Sam: Right. So, doctors, they had to do whatever they could to keep the infections from spreading. One way was maggots.
Dean: Dude, I'm eating.
Sam: It actually kind of worked because maggots, they eat the bad tissue and they leave good tissue. And get this. When they found our guy, his body cavity was stuffed full of maggots.
Dean: Dude, I'm eating!

Doctor: Didn't you read my report?
Dean: Of course we did. Oh, it was riveting, a real page-turner. Just delightful.
Doctor: You done?
Dean: I think so.
Doctor: Please, go away.
Dean: Okay.
Sam: Sure.

Doctor: Can I see your badges?
Sam: Of course. Sure. [both show badges]
Doctor: Fine. So, you're cops and morons.
Dean: Excuse me? [stammering] No, no. We're, we're very smart.

Demon: I'm telling the truth!
Dean: Oh, you are? Then let me make it up to you. [douses him in holy water] Now I'm gonna ask you one more time: Who holds my contract?!
Demon: Your mother. Yeah, she showed it to me, right before I bent her over.

Sam: According to this, Benton's picky about where he sets up his lab. He likes a dense forest, with access to a river or stream, or some kind of fresh water.
Dean: Why?
Sam: Because that's where he likes to dump the bile, the intestines, and the fecal matter. Lost your appetite yet?
[Dean stops chewing and looks at burger]
Dean: Oh baby, I can't stay mad at you [resume eating]

Rufus: There are things that you don't know about her.
Dean: Oh and you do? Right, because you know things.
Rufus: Yep.
Dean: And let me guess, you lift her fingerprint?
Rufus: Yep.
Dean: And that got you jack.
Rufus: Yep. She burned them off. Probably years ago.
Dean: Yeah, so you're right where we are.
Rufus: Nope. You do her ear?
Dean: Sorry?
Rufus: You do her ear?
Dean: Hey man I'll try anything once, but I don't know, that sounds uncomfortable.

Long Distance Call - my review

Great episode of Supernatural tonight! I loved the storyline: Sam and Dean search for a Crocotta that uses the phone and computer as a means to communicate with people. Dean gets some news from an unlikely source about a demon holding the contract to his soul, while Sam is skeptical about who called. --I felt really bad for Dean because John called and told him he could get out of the deal but it was really the Crocotta. Dean is NOT going to die...I won't let him! haha The episode was pretty funny too!

Favorite quotes from Long Distance Call -

Sam: So you two were talking a case?
Dean: No we were uh, we were actually talking about our feelings. And then our favorite boy bands. Yeah, we were talking a case.

Sam: I mean, Dad? You really think it was Dad?
Dean: I don't know. Maybe.
Sam: Well, what did he sound like?
Dean: Like Oprah. It was Dad, he sounded like Dad, what do you think?

Sam: Dean, it's not Dad.
Dean: Then what is it?
Sam: A crocotta.
Dean: Is that a sandwich?

Dean: And the only one person who can get me out of this thing is me.
Sam: And me.
Dean: "And me"? What, deep revelation, having a deep moment here. That's what you come back with? "And me"?
Sam: Do you want a poem?
Dean: Moment's gone.

Dean: Is that uh, BustyAsianBeauties.com?
Stewie: No...maybe.
Dean: Word to the wise. Platinum membership--worth every penny.

Ghostfacers - my review

Okay, I was really excited for Supernatural to come back since it's been on hiatus for a month - well...Ghostfacers was an interesting episode. I'd give it an 8 out of 10. The episode was hilarious and I was glad to see Ed and Harry back. I didn't like, however, the whole Blair Witch Project thing they did with the episode. The camera was annoying to watch at some parts and it was hard to see what was going on when it was shaking so much. The humor was there though and that's why I liked it as much as I did...the concept was pretty good too I guess...not a typical Supernatural episode but still good nonetheless.

Favorite quotes from Ghostfacters -

Harry: Ed, you got to go be gay for that poor dead intern!

Ed: Here we were, thinking we were teaching you, and all this time you were teaching us... about heart, about dedication, and… about how gay love can pierce through the veil of death and save the day.

Dean: Hey, Ed, listen to me. There's some salt in my duffel. Make a circle and get inside.
Ed: Inside your duffel bag?
Dean: Inside the salt, you idiot!

Dean: Listen, you and Rambo need to get the hell outta here.
Ed: [laughs] Listen here, Chisel Chest, okay, we were here first.

Harry: You know, Corbett, we just, oh gosh, we just like to think that you're out there watching over us.
Ed: As far as we're concerned you're not an intern anymore. You have more than earned full Ghostfacer status. Plus it would be cool to have a ghost on the team.

Maggie: Ed has been obsessed with the supernatural since we were kids. Then, he meets Harry at computer camp and it's love at first geek.

HOLY CRAP!!!!!

Both Jensen and Jared answered one of my questions on the CW Connect!!!!!!!!
(my question for Jared is answered at the end of Part 1, and my question for Jensen is pretty much right smack in the middle)

Jared Part 1

Jared Part 2

Yanks4Life23519: What monster would you like to see on the show that we haven’t seen yet?

Jared: That’s a good question. Okay, Yanks4Life, there’s a really exact answer to this question. When I grew up, my dad let me watch some Movie of the Week or something called Shadow Man. It was about a guy who’s a shadow, but he commits himself to one person, and once he decides to change who he’s going to become a Shadow Man for, he then kills the person he used to be a shadow for. It’s really creepy and really scary, and I’d like to see Shadow Man. I think his name might not be Shadow Man, but that’s what I think.

Jensen Part 1&2

Yanks4Life23519: Do you enjoy shooting funny episodes or scary episodes more?

Jensen: The funny episodes are obviously, you know, those are always fun to shoot. I have a good time with those. But generally, on this show, being funny for Dean requires me to either eat a lot of food, or do some physical comedy. Which, you know, I get banged up, so I do pay the price for it. And then the scary episodes, those are fun too. Those are, I think that’s what we do, those are our bread and butter. I’d say the hardest shows are the emotional shows. Being physical in a role and doing stunts and things like that, that will beat you up physically. Might have some cuts and bumps and bruises and stuff. But when you dive into emotional scenes, it really takes a toll on you emotionally and that’s – at the end of the day you’re just drained, and so tired.

Jus In Bello - my review

HOLY MOLY...I LOVED this eppy!!!!!!!! It's probably one of my top 5 episodes! The storyline was great! I can't believe Bela tipped off the police. I still like her though lol...she makes for an interesting character. Gotta love Dean's charm and witty comments even though he was chained and in jail. I have to admit though, I really liked Hendrickson after this episode! I liked seeing Dean and Hendrickson working together. You could see that they actually had a lot in common. I was mad at the end when "Lilith" killed everyone inside the police station. Wow, a new threat! Lilith huh? She was in a little girl's body but who knows who else she's going to possess!! I loved Dean's idea of bringing the demons inside the police station. Ruby was pretty kick-ass too! Except she was a little too determined to kill Nancy as their virgin lol. The whole virgin thing was pretty funny though! I was mad though that Hendrickson and Nancy and them still ended up dying. I was hoping to see Hendrickson in another episode or something! Wow, I still can't believe what a great episode it was!

My favorite quotes from Jus In Bello -

[Sam and Dean are in jail]
Henrickson: I mean, after all, seeing you two in chains...
Dean: You kinky son of a bitch, we don't swing that way.

Dean: It's like we got a contract on us. Think it's because we're so awesome? I think it's 'cause we're so awesome.

Sam: You were possessed.
Henrickson: Possessed like... possessed?
Sam: That's what it feels like. Now you know.
Dean: I owe you the biggest "I told you so" ever.

Henrickson: I better call in. Hell of a story I won't be telling.
Sam: So what are you going to tell them?
Henrickson: The least ridiculous lie I can come up with in the next five minutes.
Dean: Good luck with that.

Henrickson: So, turns out demons are real.
Dean: F.Y.I.--ghosts are real, too. So are werewolves, vampires, changelings, evil clowns that eat people.
Henrickson: Okay, then.
Dean: If it makes you feel better, Bigfoot's a hoax.
Henrickson: It doesn't.

[Nancy and the deputy are in hiding during the battle]
Nancy: When this is over, I'm gonna have so much sex [looks at him] but not with you.

Dean: Nobody kill any virgins!

Sam: [in prison cell] We're like sitting ducks in here.
Dean: Yeah, I know. Would it kill these cops to bring us a snack!?

[after Dean was shot]
Sam: How's the shoulder?
Dean: [takes out bloody pad] It’s awesome.

Ruby: [for help with her spell] I need someone of virtue.
Dean: I've got virtue.
Ruby: You're not a virgin.
Dean: No one's a virgin!
[slowly everyone turns to look at Nancy]
Dean: No!
Nancy: It's a choice!

Sheriff: Look, Agent, this ain't my first rodeo!
Henrickson: You ain't never been to a rodeo like this before. You have any idea who we're about to bring in here?
Sheriff: Yeah, a couple of fugitives.
Henrickson: The most dangerous criminals you've ever laid your eyeballs on! Think Hannibal Lector and his half-wit little brother!

Mystery Spot - my review

Holy freakin' moly! I LOVED this episode! Everything was in this episode: drama, comedy, emotions, and storyline was great too! Wow...I couldn't imagine waking up for over 100 straight Tuesdays to watch a sibling die. I would fall apart and after Dean died for "real", you could see that's exactly what Sam did. It was crazy watching Dean die over and over again. Good thing it wasn't for real! Oh, and I loved the part when Sam and Dean say everything at the same time in the diner. I could not stop laughing! Even though this episode was up and down with emotions, the comedy was definitely there! It was a great episode...I loved it!!

My favorite quotes from Mystery Spot -

Dean: All right, all right. We'll go tonight after closing, get us a nice long look.
Sam: Wait… what? No!
Dean: Why not?
Sam: Uhhh…. Let's just go now – right now. Business hours! Nice and crowded.
Dean: My god, you're a freak.

[after Sam tells Dean he got hit by a car]
Dean: And?
Sam: And what?
Dean: Did it look cool, like in the movies?
Sam: You peed yourself.
Dean: Of course I peed myself. Man gets hit by a car, you think he has full control over his bladder? Come on!

Trickster: [talking to Sam] Whoever said Dean was the dysfunctional one has never seen you with a sharp object in your hands.

Sam and Dean [in unison]: Right you're a mind reader. Cut it out Sam. Sam. You think you're funny but you're being really, really childish. Sam Winchester wears makeup. Sam Winchester cries his way through sex. Sam Winchester keeps a ruler by the bed and every morning when he wakes up. Okay, enough!

Sam: I had a weird dream.
Dean: Yeah? Clowns or midgets?

Dream A Little Dream Of Me - my review

I had a feeling I missed writing for an episode and I did lol. Anyways, so I loved the storyline of being "trapped" inside your dream. It was interesting to learn more about Bobby and see how he got into hunting in the first place. I also thought it was cute when Dean told Bobby that he thought of him as a "father figure". So, Dean's dream, more like nightmare, was definitely creepy! It was creepy to see "Demon Dean". I'm glad Dean finally admitted that he's scared though. You know he was but I never thought he would admit it. It was a great episode!

My favorite quotes from Dream A Little Dream Of Me -

Sam: One problem though: we are fresh out African dream roots so unless you know someone who can score some.
Dean: Crap!
Sam: What?
Dean: Bela...
Sam: Bela? Crap!

[as Dean impersonates a police detective]
Jeremy: I had this most vivid super intense dream, like a bad acid trip, you know...
Dean: Totally. [pause] I mean, no.

Dean: Dude, you were out. And making some serious happy noises. Who were you dreaming about?
Sam: What? no one. Nothing.
Dean: Come on, you can tell me. Angelina Jolie?
Sam: No!
Dean: Brad Pitt?
Sam: No. No!

2 favorite auditions from AI Season 7

ER

Ever since winter break, I've been watching ER reruns on TNT every morning. I use to watch this show with my Mom and I'm so glad I started watching it again, well the reruns I mean. I loved the older episodes with Carter, Mark, etc. I think Noah Wyle is a fantastic actor!! He is just outstanding on this show! I can't watch them too often anymore though because of class, but whenever I get the chance, I'll be watching!

Gotta love kids lol

A 1st grade school teacher had twenty-six students in her class. She presented each child in her classroom the 1st half of a well-known proverb and asked them to come up with the remainder of the proverb. It's hard to believe these were actually done by first graders. Their insight may surprise you. While reading, keep in mind that these are first-graders, 6-year-olds, because the last one is a classic!

I like...football??

Ha, I never thought I would say that! I've watched it before and everything but I've always said I never liked it. However, I watched the Superbowl yesterday and I LOVED it! I was so interested in the game and it was really exciting to watch!! I was mad that the Patriots didn't win though. Brady didn't play a great game and they missed a couple of scoring opportunities. I really wanted them to win, but oh well...it was exciting nonetheless!!

Oh and I totally LOVE Wes Welker, #83 - the Patriots' wide receiver <3

Malleus Maleficarum - my review

Okay, I was all excited to watch Supernatural at 9:00 right? Well, there was a stupid basketball game on the CW then so Supernatural wasn't on until 11:10 (already I was mad!). However, it was well worth the wait! Even though I can't even say the episode name (anyone have an idea? haha) I loved it! I was glad to finally see an episode about witches! I loved watching Charmed so the storyline was definately interesting to me. I have to say though, it was a little gross! I mean you see a woman being "hexed" and she starts coughing up teeth. I did NOT need to see that! I was, however, excited to learn more about Ruby. It was interesting to know that she was human first, but it depressed me when she said that Dean was going to eventually become a demon over time and there was no way to save him. But was she lying? Remember...demons lie! Anyways, I'm glad it's finally back and it was a great way to start things off again (though we only have 3 more episodes left now).

My favorite quotes from Malleus Maleficarum -

Dean: You saved my life.
Ruby: Don't mention it.
Dean: What was that stuff? It was like ass. It tasted like ass.
Ruby: It's witchcraft, short bus.
[she leaves]
Dean: [mutters] You're short bus.

Dean: I hate witches. They're all spewing their body liquids everywhere. It's creepy. Hell, it's downright unhygienic!

Dean: Why does a rabbit always get screwed in the deal? Poor little guy.

Ever Ever After

Storybook endings
Fairy tales coming true
Deep down inside
We want to believe they still do
In our secretest heart
It's our favorite part of the story
Let's just admit
We all want to make it to

Ever ever after
If we just don't get it our own way
Ever ever after
It may only be a wish away

Start a new fashion
Wear your heart on your sleeve
Sometimes you reach what's realest
By making believe
Unafraid, unashamed
There is joy to be claimed in this world

You even might wind up
Being glad to be you
Ever ever after
Though the world will tell you
It's not smart
Ever ever after
The world can be yours
If you let your heart
Believe in ever after

No wonder your heart
Feels it's flying
Your head feels it's spinning
Each happy ending's
A brand new beginning
Let yourself be enchanted
You just might break through

To ever ever after
Forever could even start today
Ever ever after
Maybe it's just one wish away
Your ever ever after

Ever ever ever after

(I've been dreaming of a true love's kiss)

For ever ever after

I currently have a Canon Powershot A540...it's okay and takes what I need. But I want a more defining camera that will allow me to be creative and show as much as I can...I just want to be able to take "that picture" so when people look at it they say "Wow...absolutely amazing" or they're so speechless they say nothing at all...I am NOWHERE near completing that fantasy of mine but maybe someday...hey, a girl can dream right?

Teenage years almost over...

Today is the last day I am a TEEN. Tomorrow I will be 20. Wow...20! =)

I agree with Lost being there too, though I didn't really classify it as "scifi" but I guess everyone else did lol.

I use to watch Firely too and I did watch the movie Serenity (based on the show) and I really liked it!

I also like the movie Galaxy Quest lol...it's funny and kind of stupid but still a good movie to watch!

I totally disagree with The Matrix being number 1. I watched the movie and didn't like it. It was okay but it was kind of confusing and I wasn't impressed.

I knew Supernatural wasn't going to be on the list, but I was secretly hoping it was going to show up lol...maybe on the next list ;)

Family memories...

My mom brought back a tape from my Grandmother's house of us from 1993. We started watching it tonight and it was so funny (and cute of course!). Kayla and I turned 5 while Kristen turned 9. Kayla liked the attention, I liked opening Christmas presents (including other people's) and Kristen "attempted" to show off her softball skills...some things never change! haha ;)
