Dear Favorite Internet Friend,
You know who you are. We've been talking online for almost 3 years now, and even though we've never met, I feel like we have! We have so much in common: we both majored in Early Childhood Education, we are both very family-oriented, and we both like: the Yankees, baseball, to read, country music, and sci-fi (Supernatural!). I feel like I can tell you anything, and I pretty much do. I love our conversations online because we don't judge each other, and we offer each other advice when needed. I hope one day we can meet because I know we'll get along great with each other.
Thank you for being a great internet friend!
Sincerely,
Kelsey =)

30 Day Letter Challenge - Day 7
Dear Ex-boyfriend,
My last boyfriend was a long time ago, which is depressing when you think about it. It was during high school so it wasn't even that serious.
Oh well, this letter is to you.
At the time, I was a little awkward, but you liked me anyway. You gave me two stuffed animals, which of both I still have (and I'll always know you gave them to me). You were sweet and funny. I always liked watching movies with you, even if you would lie about seeing it just so we would watch it. At one point, we ended up getting in a big fight, which was probably my fault. I hate that we fought, but I'm glad we got past it. We only dated a few months, and we remained friends afterward until I moved. I wish we had stayed in touch a little better, although we are friends on Facebook, which is at least something I guess. Maybe one day we'll meet again? I'm not opposed to it.
Sincerely,
Kelsey =)

30 Day Letter Challenge - Day 6
Dear Stranger,
You don't know me, and I don't know you so here's a little bit about me:
I like photography. I only do it as a hobby, but I hope to pursue it as a side career later on in life.
I like the Yankees. I've been a Yankees fan since I was 11 and a half years old. Derek Jeter caught my eye while I was flipping through the channels, and I've been a fan ever since.
I like to read. I've been really busy lately, but normally I always read before I go to bed. My favorite author is James Patterson, who I was able to meet at a book signing last year.
I'm a TV addict. I watch too many shows to count. A few of them include: CSI: NY, Flashpoint, NCIS, Supernatural, Dancing with the Stars, and Criminal Minds.
And that is a preview of me.
Sincerely,
Kelsey =)

30 Day Letter Challenge - Day 5
Dear Dreams,
I have a lot of you. In a perfect world, I would have a teaching job by now, although I can't complain too much since I was lucky enough to get a full-time job. I'd have found a perfect guy, one who is funny, sweet, and likes sport. He'd be a 6'2 teddy bear who likes the Red Sox so we can argue when the Yankees and Sox play each other. I'd have met Zac Efron by now. I'd be planning to move to New York in the future, go on an Alaskan Cruise, travel the world taking numerous pictures, and on the side, have a photography career.
Like I said, these are all dreams. It's nice to have them, but dreams don't always come true, and I'm okay with that.
Sometimes you just need to escape reality; it's fun to dream.
Sincerely,
Kelsey =)

30 Day Letter Challenge - Day 4
Dear Sibling(s),
I have two sisters who I love to death. I know I annoy you both sometimes, but you're still always there for me. We joke with each other, help each other, and we all care for each other. It's been tough moving, especially when we were younger, but I know it was easier having you both there when needed. I look up to you both, literally and figuratively, because you guys are great in your own ways.
Sister #1: You work hard at your job, and I admire you for that. I can always rely on you, and it's a great feeling knowing I can do that. You're also very smart, which shows in your work.
Sister #2: I love our crazy jokes we have with each other. We have plenty of inside jokes no one else gets but us; I love that we can act silly around each other. Also, you have smarts to back you up; don't let anyone tell you differently.
Thank you both for putting up with me!
Sincerely,
Kelsey =)

30 Day Letter Challenge - Day 3
Dear Mom and Dad,
I can't even put into words how much you both mean to me. You have done so much already, and you continue to do so everyday. You are always there for me no matter how obnoxious or annoying I can get, which apparently I get all the time (according to you two!). Thanks for listening to all of my stories even when you don't want to or try to run away (Dad!).
Mom - Thanks for being so creative and helping me when I run out of ideas. You always seem to know how to fix things when I have no idea what to do. You're a very smart woman, and I look up to you for that.
Dad - Thanks for always being a phone call away. You are always there to help me when needed, and I really appreciate that.
Thank you both...for everything.
Sincerely,
Kelsey =)

30 Day Letter Challenge - Day 2
Dear Crush,
I actually don't have a crush right now. I used to like this one guy, so I will direct this letter towards you. It was a little tough liking you since you had a girlfriend who I was also friends with. I loved spending time with you though because you made me laugh, and I made you laugh. My favorite part was making fun of you because you would make fun of me right back. I'd like to think that theory of 'if a boy makes fun of you or picks on you, he likes you' is true. I know I liked you. It was even rumored that I liked you at one point but because I didn't want my secret to get out, I denied it and said you were more like my brother than a crush. That seemed to stop the rumor, but I knew that deep down I really did like you at the time. I even lied to one of my good friends when she asked me if I liked you. Apparently we "flirted" all the time, which was how the rumor started. My crush on you has faded since then, but I'll always remember the fun times we had together. Good luck with your girlfriend (I'm pretty sure you're still together?).
Sincerely,
Kelsey =)

30 Day Letter Challenge - Day 1
Dear Best Friend,
I call you my best friend for a reason. Some might say we're complete opposites, but that's what makes you and I a great team. We've shared classes together, an apartment, and plenty of good times. We rarely get mad at each other, which makes it even easier to be your friend. And even though I may break out with random dance moves while watching TV (possibly the King of Queens? hehe), we have remained friends. We're a goofy pair, and I love how we can be silly together. Also, when it's me and you, there's a 'no judge zone'. I am able tell you everything; I practically already have. When I do, you never judge me for anything, and I never judge you. Those are the rules.
So now that college has ended, we still better hang out and get together. I refuse to be those college friends who "say" they'll stay in touch and never do. I refuse. We will get together, and we will remain friends.
Thanks for being a great friend.
Sincerely,
Kelsey =)
