I'm starting a workout calendar where I write down workouts for the month. I'm hoping this can kind of keep me on track with working out. I want to do it more consistently so I think this is a good way to start. If I complete the workout, I'll fill in the box orange.
I'm also going to start weekly weighs in and have that on the chart as well.
Ugh, maybe this is the year I lose weight. Like a lot of weight.
