My friend told me about this app that counts calories for you. You can log what you eat and what exercises you do during the day. You log in your weight and how much you want to lose, so the app tells you how many more calories you have in the day for you to make your goal weight.
It's really cool! It's also free, and you can check your food diary online too!
It's called MyFitnessPal.
I like it so far! I just hope I can keep up with it! :)
